New PAC rules 01/07/2019

I’m on EE and trying to send PAC to 65075 from my iPhone but getting send errors. Text to other numbers are working fine.

PAC followed by Date of birth as in PAC 0609710

Still saying Not Delivered. Don’t know if this is an issue buy my iPhone changes the number to 65 075. It automatically adds the space.0

can you log into your EE account online, you can request a PAC under Account Settings and clicking the Switching tab?0

That did the trick. You have to sign in from a computer and do it from the browser. The option wasn’t available on Safari on my iPad, but when login on a desktop/laptop, there were far more options. All done. PAC received.0

Don't use Safari, it does dumb things like that on all sorts of websites, use Firefox or Chrome.0
