Wetherspoons are such a big chain you are going to get bad and good.
We have a brilliant wetherspoons near us, we go every fortnight and the food and service is fab. And I am quite a picky person when I'm paying for food! Having said that I went to one in sheffield for a breakfast and got an uncooked egg:eek:
What I will say is write to them, the address is in the free magazine you get in the pub, they will at least send you some drink vouchers (they sent some to me for the egg!)

IMO Wetherspoons are cheap and nasty. I won;t go in them. you get what you pay for. Sorry you had a bad experience, and I'd definitely complain, but in my experience that is what wetherspoons are like.
