Hi all very interesting although not surprising to hear the delays everyone is experiencing with Nu Living as I am also with their Beechwood development. Constantly pushing back the completion date and not being entirely honest with the cause of delay and when they are actually expected to complete.0

Hi all, I am a first time buyer who also purchased a flat in the 360 Barking development. It's been over a year now and the situations has stressed me so much that I am considering to pull out. My lawyers say that I still need to pay them for the services if I do so, however, I think that this is unfair considering that I have already spent a lot of money with temporary accommodation until now. Does anyone know if I can let the developer cover these costs and get all my money back?? Thanks for your reply! T0
