I'm in. House has looked like a laundry since Saturday afternoon and today I have bedding and more clothing to do  I haven managed to do ALL the ironing again though yesterday while watching Sherlock Holmes - only took me 2+ hours :o I blame the laundry boogie I was doing at the same time :rotfl::rotfl:

Will attack the kitchen when I get in ... I think I might even do some baking today to clear out some of the stuff I have in the cupboard. Oh and I need to cook the bag of mince I have in the freezer as I'm going to majorly pad it out with onions and brown lentils without telling OH ;) Then I'll re-freeze what I don't want for tea and use it later in the week for shepherd pie. We need a good meal tonight as we've spent the weekend living on soup, sandwiches and toast :o

Right, off to find the paper to write DD an absence note.

Hehehe - just remembered I have pre-printed letters for absence notes - all I need to do is fill in the date & reason for the absence then sign it :D There are times when I love being organised! :rotfl:

promise i won't go on about the job thing all day!! what will be will be (hard for a control freak to accept though :rotfl::A)

my dress fitting is at 11, need to get showered etc first but hoping i might have chance to make a start on the kitchen....i've already emptied and reloaded the DW.

nicki - does your OH not guess about the lentils? i've done it with quorn mince and OH guessed...i guess partly because of my stupid grin and saying 'is it nice, then?'... might try it other wise, which lentils do you use with mince?

i still have a freezer and cupboards full of food and its now only less than 10 weeks til the wedding, including almost 2 weeks away at xmas, so better start meal planning!!! will post my list in a sec

oooh, realised didn't tell you about the bargain we got with my new coat....

spent ages in blacks choosing one, and in the end they mis-priced it and i had student discount, so we got it for £144 instead of £200 (OH was treating me!). It's a proper outdoor coat with a zip in fleece and should last me for years, am so pleased with it and my lovely OH for getting it for me, i'd have just kept my other coat and stayed cold all winter!!!
