Morning everyone!
Just a quick question - for those of you who clean your shower curtain in the WM with bleach, do you just use household thick bleach, and how much do you use, and which section of the machine do you put it in? I'm determined that if I can rescue our shower curtain, that I'll take the new one back.
sexymouse xx
PS forgot to ask what temp you put the machine on?
On a quick break, going to do next post with my list
I put in normal household bleach, give a good squeeze for about 3secs in the washing powder bit! Sorry that isnt much help, I work on the principle that that too much isnt a bad thing, Its probably about 3 tbspsand then wash on 40oC.
I would then recommend either a rinse out cycle afterwards, or put in you whites for the load afterwards, just in case there is any bleach left in there and it does bad things to clothes.0 -

Am I glad I've only got a small kitchen to clean :rotfl: It's a bombsite at the minute. I'm in the middle of stretching that 1kg bag of mince...so far I've cooked it then added 3/4 a box of smartprice mushrooms (chopped small), 1/3rd of a bag of chopped onions (I buy them frozen & ready chopped as I HATE chopping them
), quite a bit of seasoning and I'm just waiting on a full bag of smarprice fresh carrots (bar about 3) to soften in some oil then I'm going to lay it all out in a roasting pan and put it in the fridge to cool except for what I need for tea - DD has asked for lasagne so I'll make up the bolognese sauce in the frying pan I've used with a bottle of passata & some lentils thrown in. Just noticed as well that I have a cibatta in the cupboard. I was going to use it to serve with some french onion soup but I think I'll make it up into garlic bread to serve with tea tonight
With the rest of the mince I'm hoping to get a shepherds pie, chilli-con-carne (without the chilli as I'm the only one who likes spicy heat  ), and a bag of the mix to make into something laterBetween that and the fish pie I am planning on making on Friday (which reminds me - I need to remember to get the prawns out on Thursday
) plus the pasta, chicken portions & chickenbreasts (from last weeks 2 for £5 chickens - which BTW did tea x 2, supper x 2 & sandwich for OH yesterday
), the sausage & turkey in the freezer I shouldn't have to go and buy anything other than fresh fruit & milk this week
:j:j
I am going to have to have a look at making up an Asda shop online for after I've been paidThen that will stop me browsing the Christmas stuff
Right, off to sort out those carrots :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
