Thanks guys!
I know what you mean vix, once a month on our payday, we have a takeaway from our favourite Indian restaurant. They've already closed the dine in part and for now the takeaway part is still open. I don't ask God for much but I do pray it's still open when we get paid this Friday! I'm desperate for my cheese naan! 😂
I did it SC! I've been through my paperwork, just need to shred it! I found documents from when I bought my first house in Yorkshire in 2007, t3sc0 delivery sheets and a load of receipts from 5+ years ago, a load of other old bills and a red hot chilli peppers concert ticket from 2004! 😂Mortgage Balance as of July 2025 £14,900.

👍 Why do we hang on to it??? But I suppose it wouldn't feel so good to get rid if there wasn't such ridiculousness!
Cheese naan sounds delicious 😀Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Jess, I use this naan recipe, if that helps? It's not quite the same as Indian restaurant naan but much better than supermarket naan and can be frozen (old cereal bags work well
). And it's fairly simple! Imagine you can add grated cheese and melt under grill...
ETA: You can just used one type of flour - I don't tend to keep wholemeal in stock. Also, when he says 'knead once' he means knead for literally 10 seconds - about 8 individual kneads, basically. I would definitely make the six as the blogger suggests... but that doesn’t mean that any make it to the freezer! 😂 When I was little mum and dad would have an Indian takeaway after we’d gone to bed (cost/children don’t like curry I guess??) and the next morning we’d get to feast on leftover naan (what is leftover naan???), so I am rather fond of them too! 😁Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Leftovers?! Not familiar with those! 😂
Well, I've sorted through my paperwork and shredded what I didn't need! I went to visit my mum from the safety of outside and had a quick chat! She's bored with self isolation, which is great news for us because she's baked millionaires shortbread and cupcakes!!
I haven't done any cross stitch yet or read any of my book but there's still a few hours until bedtime but God damn Netflix and our need to watch Brooklyn 99! 😂Mortgage Balance as of July 2025 £14,900.
