    morning peeps morning ISOM

Is sad that you aren't coming to london, you'll be missed but i do see your point on cost etc. still i'll see you in June for the RFL which will be great fun!!
Off to the gym tonight for the first time since the eye so will see what happens. not going to push it but we'll see.

Started the day on another argument. Its starting to become apparent that there is a total lack of respect in the household from one direction towards me. it doesn't matter about me only what others think they need. the waking up in the morning is just one of them, when you are having trouble sleeping you really don't want someone at 0645 making as much noise as possible to deliberatly wake you up. i'm past the point of being angry about it just sad.
I thought things were improving but the last few days and other stuff has shown obviously not.
Can't wait to see hypno later and have a good ol girly gas, may even walk her down t pub for a bowl of chips... shhhh, don't tell!!! ;-)

Also been naughty and have bought a brand new pair of shoes from ebay for the princely sum of £4.75, tsk at me spending so much money on myself... ;)

have a good day all, off to get ready to shoot out, need to be oop tha rood in about 40 mins.

    love ya all

oh sorry hon, didn't mean to miss you. bad me bad.

in someways things are better and i have plenty to smile about, which i think makes the fly in the ointment even more obvious! but generally i am happy which is cool. work is bubbling which is good, theres lots there waiting to go just need peeps to take the plunge and buy somewhere!!!
new procedures computer systems et al come in on 1st april so will do my 3 days training and see then, they aren't sure they have enough business here for me but if i am willing to travel (which i am) it should be ok.

eye is a wee bit better thanks, it's much better when it is bright and i am outdoors but when its dull or night its still exactly the same, will test it at the gym tonight and report back....

right i really must dash, sorry again for missing you yesterday, have a good day. xxx

    Hi Pania

Please please....I know it's frustrating sweetheart....but please please do NOT go to the gym until the hospital has given you the all clear with your eye.

When you first described what the symptoms were...it clearly set off alarm bells for both Ampersand and myself. I was so glad you met up with her recently so I didn't post or PM you.

I can see how much you want to run the marathon and understand how important it is to keep your fitness levels improving (and your mindset) as part of the preparation. BUT.....It is really important that you heed Ampersand's advice at this moment...Your long term health (your sight) is far far more important than missing a week of preparation.

One more gym visit could very well tip the balance and turn a fixable problem into a permanent unfixable one...only you can decide whether you wish to take the risk..(and please believe me that there is a definite risk in view of the symptoms you describe)

Not wishing to sway you in any way... ...but I am so concerned that I am prepared to drive up from Surrey.... now this minute!!!....

(And if necessary the guinea pigs have said they will come with me!!)
I am serious .... if you would like me to keep you company today or over the weekend...and distract you from going... just PM me.

You are a smashing lady....and we all love you to bits. We all care very much about you...so please please take extra special care of yourself at this time and stop the gym/exercise until you get the all clear.

    Much love and hugs

PANIA, I'm echoing Ampersand and Wol2's advice - please wait until you get the all clear from the hospital - my sister had severe problems with her eyes and had to have horrible things done to them, so PLEASE just hang on in there and wait..................................

Don;t do it Pania - your eye sight is far more important than anything else. A week will not make any difference - so wait till you';ve been to the opticians and hospital.

Hi P, sorry to hear a certain person is being a pain, more virtual slaps are available if necessary.

Please listen to Ampersand and Wol (and everyone else who's posted while I've been typing this!), it really isn't worth risking it till you get the all clear, I know how much the marathon means to you but we don't want to have to be fundraising for an eye patch for you ;)

Have a lovely time with Hypno later xx

Please take care Pania and listen to everyone... Your eyes are not something you want to take risks with. You need to see the opthalmologist before doing anything gym-like and see what they say. I know its uber frustrating but... your eyes are so delicate - be careful.
