squirrel, ampersand gave me a hint yesterday and i looked on the website.

google tesco clubcard plus.... looks like a v good option....
    ###########
I'll post this - then add in the links to Martin's article/para's.
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/loyalty-scheme-tricks
(Go down to the bottom, purple banner section with comparison table)
I drone on recommending this in any post where I think I can get away with it.
Then, put Clubcard Plus into Form search and progress through other links and posts - interesting to note that its demise was being warned of as far back as 2005. I'd still hurry along and apply.
Shall say here: ring them on Freephone 0800-505555, option 6, tell person you want an appn for CC+. They may try to fob you off to another 0845(payable)no. Just ask for tfr to appropriate dept - form will come to you in 5 working days. Govt Legislation requires that you supply Bank Statement and Utility Bill or similar - the usual. Fill in the DD for £1 mthly minimum, but Mon>Fri you can 'bank' money at CS which is instantly available. Then use your CC+ to pay for shopping. Online tfr or w/e cash top-up will take a day or three.
DOUBLE POINTS ON ALL SHOPPING - AND DON'T FORGET GREEN BAG RE-USE POINTS.
IT'S PRECISELY BECAUSE THIS IS SUCH A GOOD SCHEME IT IS NOT PUBLICISED BY MR T.
You're more likely to pay him(and you earn fewer points)using his Credit Card, for which bumf proliferates at checkouts, online etc.
    ##########
My get-rich-quick scheme will come to fruition when Mr T graciously and spontaneously sends me fulsome ex-gratia payment in lieu of Finder's Fees for so many new CC+ holders..............surely?goodwitch.gif

    (waves to snaggles....)

Oooh just had a phonecall from work...

Pay is going up to level with everyone else as of 7th april, however we are loosing mileage allowance per month but getting car allowance (taxable) and comission is dropping too. V good bonus structure but only if you hit targets....think i need to do some sums this evening to see if i will be better or worse off each month. think we are getting company mobiles so need to take that into account with calculations to.
They also have to continue monitoring me each month, grrr heaven forbid i should have a defualt or two, isn't everyone perfect???
They have no desire to terminate me or make me redundant at this time, just need business to pick up and prove my worth. better than sitting here on my butt all day....

I have family in New Zealand, and yet have never been. I would love to though.

Goodness Pania, what on earth do you have to do to prove you are trustable??

You are probably more financially savvy than anyone else who works there by now.

I hope the new structure works in your favour.

    Hiya Taka!!!

good to see you hon, How are you and how are things?

Morocco is somewhere i'd like to go, i hear it is a lovely vibrant country. did you find the hotel in the end?

It sounds asthough you have been an unlucky traveller so far with Skye and prague. I hope your next visit there is less, erm, confining for you.. you peeps keep adding to my list of places i want to go to!!! maybe a years travelling around the world would be the best thing, wow can you imagine it....;)

Oh I'm plodding along... trying to last the last day and a half before I'm off work for a week.

Yep we found the hotel eventually :rotfl: after finding a mosque we knew was closeby and trying every single route away from it (about 10 of them!!- apart from the direction we'd accidentally found it in the morning while trying to find somewhere completely different :rotfl: ) We were the entertainment for the locals that day i think! We ended up being shown the way back by some locals who were laughing sooooooo much at us. :o A tip from me... if you ever go make sure you either have a very very good map as the old town is very confusing. That or stay near a taxi accessable hotel! Ours was not... accessable by foot or donkey only!!:rotfl:

Prague... ohhhh I have a very tempremental tummy on holiday at the best of times but that was hell ... never been so glad we booked an apartment instead of a hotel room - it had a very necessary 2 loos!! Oh well at least we saw a bit of Prague on the 1st day. Bad holiday though... it was to celebrate me turning 30 :rotfl:

I've just had a quick look at flights and it would be about £2500 for us all to fly to NZ in May. Might have to put it off for another couple of years. :o
