But if it cheered you up, then I'm all for it.
She does and will, but it's also another reason for increasingly republican left wing millennials not to want to keep funding the hereditary grace and favour privilege of the Saxe Coburg Gothas and their Conservative enablers.
I doubt this was lost on her.0 -

Not now we'll be leaving without a trade deal, no.
The youth unemployment rate in the EU is 14% by the way. Only 3% more than the UK, a country which shamelessly fiddles its employment figures by not counting people who are out of work. Not sure where you get your figures from. Although why would I be? Leave voters never reference any of their outlandish claims.

I can't see how a GE happens before 31 October.0 -

Sure they would, but if there is no UK government to make the request...:beer:0 -

Eurozone youth unemployment is 15.7%, over 5% more than the UK's and over many many millions more citizens too - and the important bit you ignore and as such the real "outlandish claim" is that across the EU the method of arriving at these statistics is (by EU dictat) exactly the same so that any of your alleged "fiddling" must be by all EU members.0 -

I know the EU are expert can-kickers but this time I think that the end of the road has been reached.0 -

The EU had offered to extend until June 2020 I think, and it was May who insisted on the October 2019 deadline, so they'll likely be open to letting us drag this charade on a bit longer.
That said, they might be fed up with this and force us to conclude it.0 -

AFAIK it was the EU that set the October deadline. Someone from Europe may have initially suggested a June 2020, but I think in the end they figured that settling the issue one way or another before they return to work was for the best.
They might extend if the government gets taken down in the mean time, otherwise I don't see it.0
