See post #84 for explicit defence submission advice (one of the dangers of a long thread, wood for trees, lol)0

Already answered, although it was over four weeks ago:didgeridoooo wrote: »1. The official deadline day for my defence submission is Monday. Does that mean it must be submitted ON Monday, or BY Monday (i.e. today?)....you have until 4pm on Monday 19th August 2019 to file your Defence.0 -

Sorry I forgot to ask something. Does anyone know of, or have experience of, any cases where the authenticity of PPC's photographs was disputed? If they seek to use one of the photos they supplied me with, I will want the EXIF data from that photo to show it is genuine, as I strongly believe it is fabricated/falsified. Wont go into why, basically StreetView conflicts with it.
I doubt anyone has done this, but if so, I would be interested to know how to approach that, perhaps my defence should mention it very briefly, just to open that door in case they want to use that photo (i suspect so).Combatting the pandemic of BWLegal-19, one 'notice of discontinuance' at a time. :-)0 -
UKPC were found to have falsified photos and ended up being banned (for a period) from accessing the DVLA database. So yes - it has happened.0

Might try to find that and read up, I would like to know how the doubt was raised, and how it was confirmed that they falsified things. Could be a handy case to refer to if the issue gets discussed in court, i.e. "these swines do do this from time to time me'lud"! If you have any links or further info please let me know, otherwise I will dig the good old fashioned way. thanksCombatting the pandemic of BWLegal-19, one 'notice of discontinuance' at a time. :-)0

Been reading other threads all day. A couple of useful bits came up, as well as an idea. I wonder if BWL's evidence will have been filed by now? If so, any use in studying that before I write my defence?Combatting the pandemic of BWLegal-19, one 'notice of discontinuance' at a time. :-)0

The Claimant's evidence will not have been filed, and when they do they need to serve a copy on you.
The Claim has not yet been assigned to a hearing court, so it will be 'some months' before they even know where to file it - let alone when.0
