    Fourth Anniversary
    I submitted mine yesterday (Sunday) and i checked MCOL about 1630 this afternoon and it was showing as Defence Received (or words to that affect). HTH

    Roger that. I only mention it because I think that logo is only clickable if a firm is regulated by the SRA, so I wondered if the reverse was also true! Nay bother. Thanks

    It is clickable ... and the linked page returns BWL as validated.

    But as said before, that page looks rubbish in Google Chrome. :)

    Get writing your WS.

    Dont waste time on a skeleton. You write that once you get sight of their WS bundle, and it rips it to shreads - as their WS wont be any such thing.

    My wife has just called, she is in Maritime Car Park again right now. I told her to get more photos but she only has a crappy old phone, no smart phone etc. She called to say that NOW they have a stuck on label on the sign, which states... edited

    It throws a spanner in THEIR works of course

    Get a photo. Get one

    1) Proves their signage was inadequate; it has been updated
    2) Proves they DO acknowledge a grace period is REQUIRED
    3) It being non-permanent is not important.

    Signage photos taken 20th August 2019 below. Note the newly stuck on "Parking period commences minutes after entry". I wonder how that impacts my case. Will add to notes for skeleton/WS in case it may be worth mentioning in the hearing. Posting the pictures in case any other member happens across this thread when researching a similar case at this location.
