Been shopping and came in under budget. Been trying to calculate how much extra I’ll need for December as we are travelling a lot as well as extra food etc. Have to go into work tomorrow for a meeting but have to go in early to pull some reports. I suppose I should get used to working 5 days a week as that’s what I’ll be doing come January. So very nearly finished my Christmas shopping but still have a sweater to knit for my boy. He’s going on a school trip tomorrow so hoping he’ll be tired in the evening and go off to bed early......I can dream:rotfl:SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)1

Walked into town this morning. Called to donate more stuff I don’t need, got an order form from the butchers and bought some itch cream for my son’s dry legs. Another Christmas present arrived. Now seriously considering a kids tablet for his present. I said I wouldn’t yet but after parents evening thinking maybe educational apps will grab his attention more and he could be gaining knowledge while I’m busy. Have consulted my cousin for feedback! He doesn’t know what he wants from Santa so wondered if I could get away with it as from mummy and Santa together? Santa has already collated a number of small items.
Going on a greyhound walk tomorrow and about to get Hetty out for a walk and a cycle for my son. Looking bright at the moment so best get on with it! Slow cooker on and our homegrown butternut squashes (2) have been roasted in the oven; ready to be mashed and frozenSPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)1 -

Lovely walk yesterday with a like minded group of hounds and owners. It was the Christmas raffle so for the investment of £2 we ended up with a tub of chocolates, a box of Markies for Hetty, a squeaky soft toy sausage dog (we’ve called it Heidi after the sausage dog next door!) and then Alex got the leftover donated gift no one wanted; a paint your own dinosaur money box. I cleaned up a lot of paint last night, wiped door handles and light switches and put the bathroom towels through the wash on an unheard of 60C! It seems to have done the trick. Waiting for Black Friday to see if I can get a discount on a tablet as a gift. Have new glasses I’ve just paid for so will wait for second release of Carfest tickets in the new year rather than trying to get when they go on sale on Wednesday for one day only. We only want day tickets not the “gold dust” weekend camping.
