Hmm.... I may not bother going the FD route as I was intending leave once the six months was up.

Are there any other accounts which can be switched without the need of direct debits?

It sounds like they are not willing to pay in the bonus automatically to people - cheeky!

I switched to FD through the link to get the £125 joining incentive, but have only been paid £50. I just rang them to ask about it and they said I didn’t join in time to get the higher offer. I’m sure I did - can anyone confirm what date the £125 offer expired please?

According to posts further up this thread, it was reduced from £125 to £100 for switches started after 10 June and then down to £50 on 30 July.
