Login working here. But also going back to Zog soon.brewerdave said:Due to switch away from Hub/Gulf tomorrow to Zog. Still listed as a Gulf/Hub customer on Who is my supplier site. However just tried to log in and can't as the log in page just sits there! Could someone who is still a Hub/Gulf customer try logging in?0 -

No go here ; looks like they have disabled my account as the forgotten password link doesn't work either. Hopefully they will send the final bill by email .Tallerdave said:

I've always found they email bills several days before they get on the website. They seem quietly efficient so I would expect all to go well.0

Re my query on Hub/Gulf website access - apparently they disable directly you switch companies so MAKE SURE that you have downloaded anything you might need !0

They email all bills so there's nothing to look at on there bar the pretty graph - and they've buggered that up by losing all historical data in the move to the new domain!brewerdave said:Re my query on Hub/Gulf website access - apparently they disable directly you switch companies so MAKE SURE that you have downloaded anything you might need !0 -
I've instigated a move from them and still have access to my account. I will owe them money with my final bill which is better than them owing me money. I've found them fine this past year but I haven't had to contact customer services. I like the way when my credit got a bit high they automatically asked via my account if I wanted to lower the DD. They did this twice. Very efficient.0

I actually had the opposite problem - the system was setting the DD too low for Winter use and wouldn't allow me to increase far enuf. I actually was in deficit at the end of Jan. so made a payment by card to make sure that they couldn't object to my switch this month. Only lost access to the account 2 days before the switching date I'd been told by Zog.t0rt0ise said:I've instigated a move from them and still have access to my account. Only mentioned it because not everyone keeps the emailed bills

I think they're having IT issues, not sure whether it's to do with the change to Hub (and associated loss of historical billing data) or that I've initiated a switch away.
Had both a text and email today (25 Feb) informing me that my direct debit amounting is changing - to the same amount it's already set to - and that the next payment of the new (same) amount will be on 7 February!!0 -
Had my final bill on Tuesday from Hub having only switched on Saturday ! - they have used the reading I gave the new supplier (Zog) . No way has that gone thru "verification" .
The bill says that they will take the final balance (which I agree with) by 9th March by DD (10 working days from bill date). My only doubt/worry now ,is that they will take the "routine" DD due on Friday as well as the final bill balance. I await with interest.0
