I've always found they email bills several days before they get on the website. They seem quietly efficient so I would expect all to go well.0

I've instigated a move from them and still have access to my account. I will owe them money with my final bill which is better than them owing me money. I've found them fine this past year but I haven't had to contact customer services. I like the way when my credit got a bit high they automatically asked via my account if I wanted to lower the DD. They did this twice. Very efficient.0

I think they're having IT issues, not sure whether it's to do with the change to Hub (and associated loss of historical billing data) or that I've initiated a switch away.
Had both a text and email today (25 Feb) informing me that my direct debit amounting is changing - to the same amount it's already set to - and that the next payment of the new (same) amount will be on 7 February!!0 -
Had my final bill on Tuesday from Hub having only switched on Saturday ! - they have used the reading I gave the new supplier (Zog) . No way has that gone thru "verification" .
The bill says that they will take the final balance (which I agree with) by 9th March by DD (10 working days from bill date). My only doubt/worry now ,is that they will take the "routine" DD due on Friday as well as the final bill balance. I await with interest.0
