Just leaving Gulf later this month ; hope the change doesn't cause issues with the switch or the final bill !!0

(Green.Energy as an example)
Do you know if there's any plans to merge 'E Energy' with the rebrand or are they still keeping them seperate?0 -

I found that Gulf were fine, I only left them because there was such as stonking good gas offer from Robin Hood Energy that paying the exit fee was a no brainer. Using the old Gulf name was a bit naughty because it seemed it had little or nothing to do with the US company of the same name and logo. But the new name is crazy, it's impossible to find them with an online search and they're still Gas and Power Limited t/a Gulf Gas and Power UK. The Hub Energy logo looks very dated, a bit like the original 1980s one for British Telecom. At least a daft name like Neon Reef is highly memorable and can't be confused !0

Slightly annoying that on the day I need to send my meter reading, their website has vanished. Hopefully just a temporary blip in the transition to hubenergy.co.uk, which is also not live yet.

Sorted for me now as well. I guess they were messing about with DNS entries, but a very sloppy method with an unnecessary loss of service in order to get us moved over to https://hubenergy.co.uk/account.

Sadly, they seem to have lost the historical "actual" graph data in transitioning the site to the new domain and are telling me that my direct debit is too low, whereas it's actually spot on and all the "credit" should have been used up by the time I switch away. This month's bill was for nearly double the monthly DDR, as it was the coldest month so far.

Due to switch away from Hub/Gulf tomorrow to Zog. Still listed as a Gulf/Hub customer on Who is my supplier site. However just tried to log in and can't as the log in page just sits there! Could someone who is still a Hub/Gulf customer try logging in?0
