Moving house is a great reason for a declutter. I read somewhere that you should tackle decluttering as if you're moving house and only keep wat you'd take with you to a new place. Think how tidy the new place will be
All worth it in the end.

By the 18th September, will have a better idea when the decorator starts a week on Monday .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1

What a week, beautiful weather and stripping more wallpaper. The decorator starts tomorrow, he thinks 5-7 days work , there is a lot to do !
I have chosen carpet today and having the same right through . Vinyl in the kitchen is newish . Vertical blinds to be fitted as well.
I am packing and decluttering as I go. I would say half is packed am going to start moving boxes this week. I have a enormous cupboard that is already been painted to put boxes in.
Have started to change my address and getting onto energy supplier, broadband , water . These are all in action now . I have a moving date of the 24th August , so 4 weeks yesterday. Then I will have the bank holiday weekend to unpack essentials. I have the children for school holidays the preceding 2 weeks , so packing is my big priority.
Money wise , money is disappearing everywhere at an alarming rate , but it has to be done . I am still keeping my normal pots going and not spending on anything I don't need to. Will just have to suck it up and deal with the totals when I move in.
I feel like I am on a snakes and ladders board at the moment with ups and downs. The good thing is I am losing weight I think it's all the extra exercise I am doing.
Anyway roast beef for dinner , with veg and sweet potato fries.
Hope everyone is ok .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.1 -
