Good to see you got the eyes sorted DIA. You'll feel better after the haircut . If you can get the gym routine sorted out , then you will see how far you've come in a few months time . Just keep pushing onward the way you are , and it'll all come together .
Thanks AC. I'm counting down the days to the gym opening. :)

Ive not recovered from having the floors done. The floors look great but Ive still got to do some painting in the main room before the furniture goes back. In the meantime I am living like a hoarder with masses of furniture in my bedroom. It feels strange sleeping with so much surrounding me. The hallway is also an obstacle course…

Instead of spending on the house I have spent on myself…
I bought clothes, bought two pairs of glasses and got my eyes checked.
I joined a new gym and needed to be kitted out.
    I paid for my hol1day.
I have been socialising, eating out and acting like I don’t have a goal to get the house sorted.

I have lost the plot with the bathroom. I got so close to achieving this. Major fail and cold feet :o Back to the drawing board

I will get the house straight again this week, clean and organise and declutter, then do some sums AGAIN and then focus in on the next house goal.

Welcome to the week everyone :)

I got home from work, went to the supermarket and smelt burning from my car. The Ay Ay came. The window wiper motor (who knew it had one?) Anyway I need some work and the value is a few hundred.

Grr, but the good news is I have a car, I had the Ay Ay to call. I had my phone to call them.
The Ay Ay man recommended somewhere for the work. I needed a service anyway, so perhaps this will all turn out well. The money I have in the car account will not cover the cost but you know what? I am kind of proud of myself for even having a car account.

The house is less of a mess than it was. Slowly getting there.

Tomorrow is one early morning trip to recycling centre. I will pack the car tonight.

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.

  • It's good that you know what went wrong during your blip and you are refocusing on your goals :). We all have a blip from time to time, I seem to be at the moment :( but as long as it doesn't last then it's not a problem :).
