Everyone Welcome Anytime of the Month!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    I'm back!!
Not too much damage done so far this month - 5/26, please Shaggy. I've found with the weight loss that I'm now plateau-ing so I'm going to have to up the exercise, (I am a bit of a lazy fish though). However, I'm going to dig out my old Sp33do swimsuit and do some lengths. Thank goodness for the stretch of lycra.

Good to hear that you're settling in AnnieG!

Sorry no more afds to report today. I cracked and drank 3 glasses of wine, a bounty and an ice cream. I did sleep well though. Tonight am out after hospital so will be drinking. I won’t go mad though. Have to bear in mind that the thing I have may necessitate a rush to hospital at any time, though not too likely, so I don’t want to be under the influence. Am going to try and cap my drinking to two glasses at the most.
Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.

Aw :) To be honest Honey Bear, though I didn't plan it that way the dog walking emoticon makes me think of Layla! :)

It's exactly what she looks like on walks - despite being very small for a Cocker it looks as though she's taking me water-skiing!

Really sorry you're having health problems, Arsenal Barnie. I hope they're completely resolved very soon to your satisfaction.

    7/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.
