Morning all ,, slowly catching up on what I’ve missed !
On and off for years I’ve been on a anti depressant,, started after an accident,, then marriage break up and so on,,,, I’ve weaned myself off them , if I feel I need them again I will simply go back to doctors,
Also I think I’m going through the change and have hot sweats ,,, did try HRT , 3 different ones over the last year and none really worked ( as other people said theirs did ) so I’ve come off them as well !
And last night as my 2 in a row no alcohol days proved I didn’t have as many flushes in the night as before
Anyone of my age found this as well ?:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:0 -
Morning all, 5/21 for me today thanks.

I love the dog walking emoticon, the snorkeling one and the giraffe one. I can't tell you how much they cheer up me every time I see them, so thank you Shaggy and CathyBird for keeping us going.
Welcome back, Love A Sale. I drank all the way through my menopause, which was a disaster. It would have helped considerably if I hadn't, but there you go, that was my life at the time. I didn't try HRT simply because I'd heard that the symptoms appeared the minute you stopped it (not sure if that's true, but I believed it at the time). What does work for excessive sweating is sage tea - tastes vile, but a small one in the morning and the evening for anyone suffering from excessive sweating would be amazed at how much more bearable it makes it.
I need to join you on the weightloss thing Shaggy. It's not going well here. I'm back at 67.4kgs. 5/30 please.Better is good enough.0 -
