    I had my drinking day yesterday - unexpected catch up with a friend which was well worth using my one day for :D. So I'm at 5/29 and 3/5.

    Hello sorry been a bit awol. 3 more afds to add. Sleep is rubbish, hoping that will get better after hospital appt tomorrow. Got pain as well now. Not happy. I did lose a pound at tubby club though.
    Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.

    YES - definitely the case for me with drink I get really hot and bothered without it, not so hot!

    Yikes! That doesn't sound good!
    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
