Well done maman reaching target with so much of the month to go With the emoji, the colours are rather Christmassy I realise, but I just liked the idea that having AFDs is a way of giving yourself a present, the gift of good health I guess

Had a "drink" last eve - Heineken (other brands are available!) Zero - and, must say, tastes like "real" beer! I quite like it.
