Hello Everyone
Adding in another AF night for tonight as I'm feeling so good about it taking me to 6 AF! Have managed to shift 2KG in the process!

As an aside (sort of), I've lost 2kg during lockdown (less beer!) despite my current addiction....choc-ices!ManPants said:Hello Everyone

All advice/tips are useful to know then we can decide what works for us. Do you know what your triggers are? What's different about AF days and others? Do you just change your mind when it gets to wine o'clock? Is it hard to be AF around others drinking? I'm just curious (aka nosey😉). I've got a mindset that I won't drink midweek but it does mean that somethines I think I drink at weekends just because I can. 🤔 I also know that it's not having too many empty calories that best motivates me.
