    No more AF days to report; DH and I went out for dinner yesterday. Two largish glasses of red wine, 5 units approximately.

    Congratulations to Arkers, Cathybird, Maman and Rob for reaching target already with lots of days left in August. Brilliant news. 

    I'm going to declare early today to bolster my resolve so intend to be 11/18 please for today Saturday.I need to get a good run of AF days in the next week so 🤞.
