Evening Everyone
I'm not sure when i last posted but it isn't as grim as you'd think. Adding in 3 successive nights to my non existent goal for August. I managed to keep a tight reign on my drinking during lockdown (lockdown in a pub can you imagine!!!) and did have weekly AF nights. I also had nights where I wasn't but thats the point of posting on here.
Hope this finds you all well. I've scanned through so nice to see lots of familiar names still bobbing around.

Hey ManPants, good to see you back! And glad to read that you are doing so well on the AF front, especially in a pub. A pub during lockdown.4

Thank you for your kind thoughts maggiem - I am sure it will be emotional but, as you say, hopefully in a good way.

17/21 for August I'm always a day behind, I know, although I don't intend to succumb in the evening... so, I'll soon be "in the swim"!Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!4
