21/TF for yesterday please Shaggy. I would like to be TF for April please as I just don't know how I'm going to be re drinking. I'm finding it quite easy to stay AF at present, much to my DH's relief as he's drinking for England and is worried we are going to run out  :/, but that may change.
    Keep well everyone. X

5/10 - need to drink very little for the rest of the month to achieve target! That's helped by having very little wine in the house.
I will try for 20 AFD for April.

I’ve still nothing in the house so
its been relatively easy. Liking the stretch of green on my drinkless app. 3 consecutive days. Sadly that hadn’t happened since January. Silver linings and all that. I did get some cravings yesterday whilst in my sunny garden but they passed. It’s habit. Once we ate dinner they were all gone.
Live for the moment and plan for the future

Morning all, it's 20/21 for me today

  • Morning to all, hope we are all looking after ourselves as best we can.
I’m a key worker so had been going in to work as usual every day up till yesterday, but then had my first WFH day so far. The bosses have got a little spooked and told us just ‘critical’ roles are to physically go in. That definition may yet cover me if things deteriorate, but as of now I’m at home like many of us; I was going to say, like the majority of us, but round here at least there are big numbers of people still going about their business as normal. Just so far already this morning I saw a building supply truck delivering stuff to a house in my road (essential work, really, can they not just wait a couple of weeks for their decking timber?) and there has been loads of morning work traffic up and down the road. Can’t believe they are all in essential roles.

Have only had two non-AF days so far this month, so I am up to 24/28 thank you.
