Set Your Target30 Alcohol Free Days Up For Grabs.Everyone Welcome
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.3 -

And she just rang me from the shop to ask me something. I still didn’t ask......was tempted. But I want 4 days in a row. I will be annoyed tomorrow if I cave.Live for the moment and plan for the future3

We went out for our daily exercise and decided to do (tomorrow's) food shop while we were out. So I bought my wine. It's going to be harder tonight knowing I haveit in the house but we are going to be strong.
P.S. I have plenty of gin at home which doesn't call to me in the same way and DH keeps threatening to use as hand sanitiser. We also have lots of other wine too but that's heavy, oaky stuff which is full of tannins and best sipped at dinner parties. I don't want that either as I'm saving the paracetamol, just in case.

As you know cuppa, I don't want to give up so I bought mine for the weekend. Then, next Monday, I'll jump back on the wagon. What I don't want to do is drink on a 'school night' just because I'm bored or feel like treating/rewarding myself.
But that's me. You might have different 'rules' for your drinking. Good luck, whatever you decide.

Hi,
Im up to 8 / 16. I finished work today for two months initially. I’m on AL until weds, then I can work at home for one month then I’ll move to 80 per cent pay. The last few weeks have been tremendously stressful I am a Site Mgr at a Business that employs people with health conditions mostly mental health. It has just been me and my 13 employees for the last month. We are all doing absolutely fabulous whatever our circumstances in these times and we all deserve a massive pat on the pack.5 -
