Thanks. I was grateful she got the shopping and I don’t want to start a new habit of adding a bottle of wine to each offer to shop. 

I did go online and look at wine shops and started to place an order for a case of 6. Got as far as payment details, then it was almost 8pm. So I went outside for the NHS clap. When I returned my trolley had emptied. I took that to be a sign and have deleted the page. 

So it’s 14 and a green line still.

I haven't been here in a while and will read through the comments when I get a chance.  

But I just thought I would say that I am up to 50 days for the year which stands me in good stead to have 200 for the year.  Which is all good.

The old me would have reached for the bottle while off work, but I am so glad I haven't (well I did on Tuesday and the resulting headache on Wed made me wonder why I did it so often before) as I am feeling so much better for not.

Today should be AF. I’ve nothing in and don’t need any shopping. 

I won’t post yet though. 

Decided it would be dangerous to order in a case of 6. I’ve little will power if it’s in the house.

Good  morning everyone. No more AF days to report, I had a glass of wine to toast the NHS after the 8.00 clap. My unit count for March is 19. X
