Morning all, it's 18/21 for me today

Good morning everyone,
13 please Shaggy
This "advice" came through from a military friend of mine I thought it might help:
"Daunted by a lock down....it's not that hard....
To my civilian friends - this is what it's like on deployment with the military. You've seen us come back after spending months away so don't panic - you'll get through this with five simple steps:
Step 1 - Get into a routine. A simple plan and repeatable routine will become your new safety blanket and helps you stay focused as you planned what's coming next.
Step 2 - Keep it simple. Over-complexity or too higher goals will be difficult to maintain over time and just add to your stress levels so keep things manageable and easily achieved.
Step 3 - Stay flexible and break your routine at least once a week. You'd be surprised how the slightest change you didn't expect can trip you up, so lighten up occasionally and own that change.
Step 4 - Just stick to the rules. You might not agree, understand or even convince yourself they're not appropriate to you, They are!
They will save your life and the lives of others, so just stick by them.
Step 5 - Look out for each other. We all cope differently at different times and your offer of help will also be there when you need it the most yourself.
Stay safe and well everyone and do what you can.

Thanks for that Arkers. Really interesting.
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.5 -
I made it on to the wagon last night! Didn't particularly sleep very well - too many things going on in my head.ShaggyXxWhat do we do when we fall? Me too Cuppa. X. My husband is in the most vulnerable group and I'm worried. I am a 'frontline' worker (supermarket nothing heroic) but have now taken leave because I cannot put him at risk. We are practicing extreme social distancing in the home and for the next 14 days I will be self isolating and thereafter strict SD if outside. He of course will not go out for three months. We are fortunate that our house and garden are large and we can have separate bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting rooms but after just three days we are going stir crazy 😞. Strange days, I wonder if life will ever be 'normal' again.CuppaTea said:11 days for me.Feeling overwhelmed today. Trying to stay positive but I’m scared and frightened. 😢
