1/10 please Shaggy - back home and had first AF day yesterday. I hope to achieve the same tonight - a rare AF Friday, 🤞.Hope all keeping well on here. I'm a bit bored with self-isolating especially with an ironing mountain to tackle. I may have lots of time but little inclination to be honest.3

Why bother with the ironing mountain maggie? Where are you planning to wear the clothes? 🤔😉3

How are people coping with being told to work from home (if they fall into the 3 high risk categories) ?
I was sent home on Tuesday for 3 months (as I have a BMI >40, have the annual flu jab and I am type 2 Diabetic) with my works laptop and told to work from home (luckily I have a spare keyboard & mouse).
Its only friday and I am already missing my work friends and telephone calls !2 -

17/25 AFDs today5 -
18/TF for yesterday please Shaggy.
I don't know yet whether today is going to be 'dry'. It was a planned drinking day because a dear family friend is 75 this month and was having a big party tonight. Now of course that won't be happening she is already in self isolation ☹️. I may still raise a glass 🍷this evening to wish her happy birthday though.

As of yesterday, I’m up to 19/28 thank you. Today was a planned non-AF day where I was supposed to be meeting a friend for drinks, but that isn’t happening now. I could treat this as an unexpected, extra AF day and in normal times I probably would, but I’ve just about made my mind up to say s*d it and have a beer indoors this evening.4

That's interesting SoM and marahouti. Obviously it's commendable if people want to take the opportunity to cut down more or are giving up but for some of us I think it could be useful to have planned AF days. I think building a structure to life is important and, cutters down, separating the AF and drinking days helps. IMO. 😉5
