Insomnia hits again or go straight to sleep and wake up at 330am every night. Yesterday that was it I was awake for rest of the day. Can’t believe I’m awake again. Am going to do the snc/5nights please Shaggy. Will see if that makes a difference to the sleep or lack of..

    Is it your OH's snoring?
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Day 5 AFD for me. The start of dry January is going well, thanks to some cut price alcohol free beers I picked up today, going down nicely and keeping the cravings away

Struggled a bit today, this must be my first alcohol free Sunday in about 6 months a least. At least I’ll have a clear head in work tomorrow

Well done on your AF Sunday, it’s not easy is it? Have you tried AF beers? I’ve found them to really help when I’m fancying a drink. Not sure what the AF wines are like, I’ve not tried them. Keep going and you’ll feel fab tomorrow xx
