:T:T:A Also I realised I hadn't added in the target reached and target beaten emojis for Barny and Sukeyboo

Don't Forget Your Barcode is the key, depending on your pace, loiter near the back and then as the runners thin out you can move through the slower runners, crucially have fun! Usually at 8:45am there is a first timers briefing, where the course and basics will be relayed

Hi barney1979, thanks for the advice, first park run in the bag! It was much busier than I expected, loads of folk, and I was more near the front than I wanted to be, but soon ended up at the back! I’m sure being AF last night helped!0 -
Good morning everyone,

Doing parkrun pretty much every week ensures I'm AF every Friday, as don't want a hangover whilst plodding.Happy_Monday wrote: »Hi barney1979, thanks for the advice, first park run in the bag!
