Everyone Welcome Anytime of the Month!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Arsenalso very sorry for your loss. Mesothelioma, am I right in thinking that is the cancer that is related to asbestos? Again it is a dreadful awful disease that still affects so many lives.

Very sorry to read about your relative Arsenalbarnie- hope they are well supported and kept comfortable.
Not had a good weekend but remained Af yesterday. So 5/15 and 1SNC - thanks Shaggy.
  • Thank you for all your good wishes. Am sad as he was a well loved uncle. Sad for my dad too, the first of his siblings to go.

Have still not got off the mark for September but apart from a night in the pub with boozy friends I have still been quite restrained. I am going back to my 16/8 fasting now mainly recovered from my op. This will help with the alcohol as the curfew starts at 8pm. Have a day at the hospital today with DD while she has her wisdom tooth out. Didn’t sleep very well as bit anxious for her and the general anaesthetic she is having. Poor thing is going to be in a lot of pain later. I can’t promise an afd but will stick to my fasting so that will help.

Tomorrow I will start again in earnest. Have a nice day everyone.

    Good afternoon everyone,
    10 please Shaggy
Feeling a bit off today, I think it's because I've got my booking in appointment with the radiology department tomorrow and then having radiotherapy daily for 4 weeks from 3 October. It just seems a long time coming and as I have totally recovered from my reconstruction and am trying to rebuild, it is a reminder that treatment is not yet complete.

We are going away next week for a couple of weeks of sun before radiotherapy starts. I know it has to be done, but the reality is sometimes sobering.

I haven't felt like having a drink, probably because I know that when I'm away I'll probably have more than enough. Trying to get back to my target weight before going away too.

    Thanks for listening again.
