Good morning everyone,
8 please Shaggy
Nearly caved last night (first Saturday for a long time A/F), but called it a day and went to bed early I think coming down with the inevitable autumn cold made my decision. Am I the only one that always gets a cold this time of the year??
Beautiful sunny day here, enjoy.

Unheard of for me, but I had a AF Saturday! So I am up to 5 for the month and 116 for the year.
Feel better for it. Had a decent night's sleep which I have been struggling with at the moment. Back is still achy, but not as bad as yesterday. My mum suggested it might be my mattress which is a possibility I guess, but I just had it in my head that it was inside my body and not muscle related (cos I like to scare myself).
Yesterday I was on the sofa going from freezing to boiling, so maybe it's a flu type illness (either that or I'm going through the menopause! Am 38, have heard it can happen).Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Well done for not caving; I find going to bed early the solution to a lot of problems! I get a cold autumn and summer every year when the weather changes. So far so good this year, but that's because we're in the warm south west. Give it another six weeks or so and I'll be struck down with one I expect. I don't get a free flu jab but OH does because of his age, and I pay £10 or so to get needled, much as I hate them, because flu isn't something anyone enjoys and I'm sure it does some good sometimes.pollyanna24 wrote: »Unheard of for me, but I had a AF Saturday! Sounds uncomfortable at the very least, Pollyanna, and hot flushes are defo a menopausal symptom, but not being freezing - that sounds more like a flu-ey type of symptom. Well done on the AF Saturday.

Up to 6 for the month and 117 for the year.
Not going to get complacent about it all, but feeling okay about the hardly drinking at the moment. Maybe it's cos I'm in the "zone" with Slimming World. As soon as I'm not, I'll want to drink my weight in prosecco again.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

He was diagnosed the same time as me but his diagnosis was pants, mesothelioma. I can’t believe 3 months later he’s no longer here. No more afds but been sensible. Will catch up over the weekend.
Thanks for the totals Shaggy and Cathbird.
Oh no! Sad times ArsenalBarnie...huggggsWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
