Sorry to hear of your loss arsenalbarnie.

Arkers - you are bound to feel a bit down with the prospect of the radiotherapy. I hope you enjoy your two weeks in the sun and manage to relax and take things easy.

    4/12 for today please Shaggy

hey hoo afternoon all! Have had a lovely if brief trip away, flew back this morning, was tempted to drink on the plane but it was earlyish and I resisted, so it's 7/21. It's good to be back :)

Arkers, hope the radiotherapy goes well - it's understandable that it would be a load on your mind - I hope the treatment is over soon. xx

Have a day at the hospital today with DD while she has her wisdom tooth out. Didn’t sleep very well as bit anxious for her and the general anaesthetic she is having. Poor thing is going to be in a lot of pain later.

I hope it went smoothly and the pain is well-controlled. I had a couple of teeth out a few weeks ago and was surprised at how well it was, tbh. I expected it to be bad, and it was fine.

Arkers, I imagine that waiting for the next stage, at any stage, is as stressful as the first wait after diagnosis. Roll on the day when you can be allowed to forget about it all for hours, days, weeks, months and years at a time.

    10/30 please, Shaggy.

Up to 6 days for me.

I was tempted this afternoon and put a bottle in the fridge, but then I had to drive this evening twice, so that was that. So it’s sitting there tempting me tomorrow instead.

Once I’ve had dinner I’m not generally fussed about starting. So I need to eat early.
