  • Keep Calm......some nice tasty meals there.  Lots of variety.....I need to go through my recipe books and see if I can get some new ideas to avoid monotony,

Day 4. I have lost 1.5 lbs.  wahoo.
  • Had a naughty blip yesterday..my friend came round and brought cream cakes.  😱😂

well I would have been rude not to. 😉.

    Back on it today.
  • Staying the same.....🤔😂
  • Oh dear......I have regained another lb.  My own stupid fault, allowing myself too many treats during lockdown. Mindless nibbling in front of the TV. 😞

     It stops now.

    That's a shame Savingmore.

Well I'm afraid I'm not doing very well at all.  I just haven't been able to get motivated, comfort eating and poor food choices.  I have now regained a total of 10lbs.😡.

Anyway hopefully I've now got a grip and am back on track. I'm not going to use Lockdown as an excuse to stuff my face........

Hello all, I joined ww last September with a stone and a half to lose.  I was doing really well up until my holiday in January having lost 11lb.  Since coming back I've been going up and down the same 4lb and making no progress.  I hadn't been to any virtual meetings as they just seemed massive to me - my coach messaged me on the weekend to check in and it kick started something in my brain.  Since then I have tracked everyday and last night I had lost a 1lb.  I really want to focus again and get to goal by the end of July (my birthday).  Lockdown to begin with seemed like a holiday but I'm starting to realise that it's not and focus is needed, I also feel so much better since I've started eating better.

I'll read through some posts now but I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself to you all, I hope you're all staying safe at this horrible time.

ok, i kicked myself where I needed to.   Decided to go on michael mosley’s 800 fast.  I can do time restricted eating at 16:8 as never really eaten breakfast.  it’s 800 calories a day for at least two weeks, then you can keep going or do 5:2.  It is a good morning motivator.   I have 2.8 kg /6.6 lbs to go.  determined to do it.  done four days, been fine, as 400 calories for lunch and dinner is very doable and not hungry.  recording it all in fitbit on my ipad which means you can get really accurate calorie counts.  making sure my calorie output is a total least 500 more than what i eat, but with exercise it’s been 700-800 deficit a day.  down 1.1 kg since monday, so good motivation going forward.   we shall see!

    Good morning everyone......

I am  back with a confession to make......I have now regained a stone.  I am so cross with myself but I have only myself to blame. So, as the old song goes, it's time to pick myself up, dust myself down and start all over again.  😂

Savingmore.....how are you doing on the 800 fast.
