All, I've submitted my defence which they've received. They also state on MCOL that they've sent the DQ to me. Will this come via post or email? How long do I have to fill this in?

    Thanks.

I've filled in my DQ and have a copy for Excel. Do I just send Excel a copy via their normal address? I don't seem to have any nominated solicitors/address??

The address is on your Claim Form - either in the box headed Claimant or the box headed Address for sending documents and payments (if different).

Thanks thats great. Get it sent off tomorrow.

Is there any chance at this point of it not going to court? I imagine we're too far gone.

The Claimant can discontinue the claim at any time - right up to walking through the courtroom door.

Will I have a lot of time til the deadline? Should I have received instructions on supplying this or do I just do it off my own back?
