All, I've submitted my defence which they've received. They also state on MCOL that they've sent the DQ to me. Will this come via post or email? How long do I have to fill this in?
Thanks.0 -
I've filled in my DQ and have a copy for Excel. Do I just send Excel a copy via their normal address? I don't seem to have any nominated solicitors/address??0

The address is on your Claim Form - either in the box headed Claimant or the box headed Address for sending documents and payments (if different).0 -
Thanks thats great. Get it sent off tomorrow.
Is there any chance at this point of it not going to court? I imagine we're too far gone.0 -
The Claimant can discontinue the claim at any time - right up to walking through the courtroom door.
