Thanks. No I haven't considered that to be honest. I'm going ti complain to my MP once it's sorted, I can then add in whether I was successful or not.

Do you think I should bother with a skeleton argument?

Just received Excel's witness statement... Wow its big ����.

In it they claim they haven't seen my defence, but I posted them it 100%.

You were not meant to post Excel the defence anyway, MCOL/CCBC had it and they make it available to the Claimant.

You do realise from all the zillions of other Excel and VCS threads that they always send a thick file of papers and a WS that is a template?

The point is, we've torn that WS apart so many times there is no need to ask us about it again. Search the forum for these keywords, separate searches for each (ALWAYS changing to show results as posts - never as threads!):

(or any other surname they cite!).

This forum is like an iceberg and has already done to death everything you need to know about how to counter that WS. Look beneath the mere veneer of today's threads, by searching for good keywords, and you will find what I mean.

They do tend to be big but with many flaws. Your job is to find those flaws.

Did you get "proof of posting" from the post office

Yes I did get proof of posting. Should I just take that on the day at court?

Their "areal view" of the car park outlines the perimeter etc. But this is from google maps and the car park is a different shaoe now. Is this a "flaw"?

They sent me 80 pages including images. Don't be put off by it most of it is irrelevant. You will be able to knock a hole in it.

I've been looking on the forum for Excel WS, Vine, Kumari references etc. and it seems most people attacked their WS in their own WS. As I've already sent mine prior to receiving theirs, how should I approach this? Should I be sending something else out?? Or just be prepared with the counter-info at hand on the day??
