Dumpling, I hope you've managed to get an appointment with the doctor. Please take care of yourself and you know where we are if you need to unload.

Cranky, I hope the arm eases up soon

I was away over the weekend so had to weigh in a day late but it's -2lb loss for me this week.

I think I must run about a week behind my eating habits when it comes to weight loss/gain as I ate/drank appallingly all weekend. I'll just have to remember that if I find myself with what appears to be an unfair gain next week - although for it to be unfair I would have to manage to get back to eating sensibly...

On the plus side, on Friday I finally managed to complete week 5 of C25K, it only took me 9 attempts... :D

    Evening Everyone,

Well, I am hoping for a good result on weigh in day as the scales have finally inched downwards today.

I had Pilates this morning which I normally find enjoyable but quite easy but she really upped the level today and I actually found it quite taxing. I still really enjoyed it though. We then went out for a coffee and chat, followed by DS coming for lunch. I hadn't anything planned this afternoon and the sun came out so I took the opportunity to go for a nice long swim in our outdoor pool, which was very quiet with the holidays being over. I swam for a full hour for once which was lovely. Later I went running with my friend but we only managed eight repetitions of run 2 min, walk 1 before the heavens opened and I came home.

Lunch: Smoked mackerel with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
Dinner: Ham and cheese omelette with garlic mushrooms.
Snack: 3 pieces of flame grilled chicken I picked up on the way home from work last night reduced down to 20p.

Well today was a +2lbs weigh in for me.
Not really surprising as i’ve Had quite a few treats over the weekend.
A little disappointed with what the scales are saying but i’m still feeling better and continuing in the right frame of mind, which is more than half the battle with me.

Dumpling my gran used to get water retention with her heart problems and the dr put her on diuretic pills. I hope the dr can help you get it sorted.

Its my birthday today and so there will be all sorts of naughty things eaten. I was fairly good in the days leading up to it so i hope my weigh in this week wont be too awful, plus DH is taking me out tomorrow to a craft fair so i will get a good walk in too.

Have a fab day everyone :)

    Happy Birthday Dandy Candy.
Dumpling & Cranky, hope you get better soon.

Pleased to report a 1 lb loss today, although still over my start weight. Finished reading my binge-eating book and starting to practise some of the techniques.
Feeling a lot better as the black dog has lifted - getting some of my energy and enthuiasm back.
