Weighing in with a - 1/2lb off for me please Cranky.

Still struggling to get focused and motivated to excercise.

Breakfast: was fried eggy bread g/f and a cup of coffee, not very weight loss friendly, cupboards a bit bare again
Lunch: leftover roast chicken, cabbage, sprouts, g/f Yorkshire pud and gravy. Cup of tea
    Supper : no idea yet

    Have a good week all

I seem to be a bit of a yoyo at the moment, last week's loss has come back, +2lb gain for me :o

It's entirely deserved (it could actually have been a lot worse) but I'm still annoyed with myself for my inability to get it together. It's especially bad because at the beginning of the month we booked a holiday for the first week of June. I thought that the prospect of a week in the sun and the fact that the majority of my summer clothes are a bit snug would've been enough to spur me on but the panic that I'll have nothing to wear had me reaching for the biscuit tin with alarming haste. I really am my own worst enemy sometimes. Oh well, I've still got 3 weeks to try to pull it together and the lack of available clothes means that keeping my case under the weight limit should be easier :D

Congratulations to all those who have lost and don't-beat-yourself-ups to those who have gained.

Best of luck for the week ahead.

Just a quick note from me to pop in and say hi. Sorry I've been a bit missing in action. Have had a week off work and been decorating the house, non stop. It's been a bit crazy to say the least. I've done very little sitting down, although I've not done any running for 10 days either. Pretty tiring days but hoping the scales might show something positive tomorrow morning.

Really pleased to report a 4.5 lb loss this week.

Definitely started to feel much better and notice the difference and even wore a pair of jeans last night which i haven't worn for around 6 months.

    Good morning all,

Happy to report a loss of 0.5 lb this week. Hopefully I'm back on track now and I can carry on losing. I need to leave for work in 10 minutes so I'll post the new week's totals so far this evening.

Take care all of you :)

    Evening :)

Reporting a +1lb please Cranky, I'm not happy with it but it's deserved, I haven't been back on track since my birthday last week so it's time to buckle down again. Work has been manic and I've been using it as an excuse to eat rubbish. :o

So from tomorrow I'm back to menu planning as well as writing down what I eat and I will try to keep away from the office 'naughty stuff'. I must also stop eating lunch at my desk whilst working and go out for a walk if only for 30 minutes.

Have a good week all :)

The last couple of days have been 'good food' days primarily due to me having an ulcer on my tongue, making eating pretty much anything rather painful. It seems to be a little better today so am hoping it's on the mend. Another nice walk out in the sunshine at lunchtime yesterday and I managed a run today, was a lot warmer than i was expecting though!
Hoping everyone else's week is going well.
