I’ve managed to lose 1/2 lb this week but goodness knows how ! I cannot get my sensible eating head back on and the more I try the more anxious I get and this makes me eat .We are away for the weekend which will involve lots of eating and drinking so I will try to make sensible choices and start again in earnest on Monday .
Enjoy your weekend everybody and Cranky hope your feeling better .0 -
Congrats to all who have lost this week so far or STS and commiserations for those who have gained. Always another week. Dumpling - I hope the doctor sorts you out. It does sound like some sort of water retention to have that large a gain in one hit. Keep posting for support.
I am not weighing in until Sunday and have had a mixed week. Lots of eating out although I have tried to make low fat/low sugar choices but monitoring calorie intake is much more difficult so I have not been doing it.
On the plus point I have been doing loads of exercise. About three long walks this week plus a cycle ride today and a legs bums and tums class and a pilates class over the week. Next week I hope to slip a swim in somewhere too. Will see how this affects my weight but I am down to the last 20lb now and in the past found this has been the hardest bit to lose.

Morning all,
Just had my new washing machine delivered so looking forward to trying that out tonight. Been a good week eating wise for me, down to 13stone 8lbs so that’s -2lbs for me please Cranky.
I’ve not posted much this week but I have been following everything said on here. Congrats for all the losses and commiserations for all the gains.
I seem to have got myself back under control and have been managing 22hr fasts fairly easily with the addition of cream in my coffee throughout the day. Long may it continue.
I have a full on day tomorrow, driving back to West Sussex from Wiltshire first thing to attend my monthly dog training club, then a private lesson with one of dogs, then visiting an elderly friend in that area for coffee and to try to sort out her iPad for her, then over to my ex next door neighbour for coffee and to walk all the dogs in the woods there, then drive back to Wiltshire! Think I might be spending the whole of Monday in bed!!! Reckon it’ll make my Fibro flare massively but there we go.
Luv to all

- 1.7 Lb for me this week.
Going back to my old house next weekend to do a final clear out of my stuff as my ex messaged yesterday to say he is selling the house. Already I'm getting stressed about going down, it's nearly 350 miles each way so I'm going to drive down overnight Friday, do the clearance first thing Saturday when I get there, pop in and say hi to my family, then drive back up again and hopefully be home by 6pm on the Saturday.

Good morning all,
Just a quick one from me as I'm off to work in a minute. Work is going well, I'm doing 12-4pm shifts next week and the week after so I'll be able to go running before work which is what I think I need to get the weight moving downwards again. I had a tooth out yesterday so I have to be careful with eating today.
My sister is going to a slimming club this morning so I'll be trying to help her as well. I really hope it helps her as she's the heaviest that she's ever been and quite down about it.
Mrs Lottie that's why I stopped going to a slimming club - I was just winding myself up and getting far too stressed about it all.
Take care all of you0 -
Good morning all. Early update for me as I am off out with my DD2 and her family today. We are taking a picnic which will help with my healthy eating. Yesterday I did a 10 mile walk around a nearby country park and the south west coast path but then indulged in a huge slice of carrot cake
Cranky can I report a -1 lb loss for this week please I would have liked it to be 2 but have eating out lots and in spite of trying to make healthy choices they have not always been that healthy. Carrot cake one example c:rotfl::rotfl:
Glad you are feeling better Cranky and hope you are back to fitness soon. Good your sister is taking her health problems seriously so well done for supporting her. I have never done a slimming club although many people rave about them. My issue is keeping the weight off once down to a healthy weight. Since retiring though I should have more time to exercise and prepare healthy meals or that is the idea anyway.

Good morning all,
It's supposed to be good weather this week. Hopefully that means salads and hot weather meals instead of searching the freezer for curries and chili left over from winter.
I'm thinking that I may be a STS this week but there's another day to go yet so fingers crossed for a small (any) loss. I think I have the job and the various shift patterns sorted out in my head now. My sister went to her slimming club on Saturday so I'm pleased about that.
Good luck and healthy eating for the coming week. Take care all of you0
