Is it possible? I have a juicing machine but read it's not capable of doing it.. but how do the supermarkets do it?0
-
Standard juicers might not be able to cope with the fibre of mangoes but you can get ones that are less fibrous that might be more suitable for juicing. I expect commercial producers have much more powerful machines than anything you could buy for home use.
If you have a blender and you wanted to make juice you could blend the mango then use a cloth to wring out the juice maybe?Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -
Not sure how well they will juice in a 'Whole' juicer, give it a try or do it by hand with a blender. Cut the peeled mango into small pieces, blitz with a blender together with crushed ice and water until smooth and then put a sieve (discard the pulp).Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. The 2 varieties that are fibre free are called Kent & Keitt mostly green with a dark red blush but do not be out off by colour, cup them n your hands and gently squeeze, they should give a little when ripe with Kent giving a lot more than Keitt. supermarkets use mango concentrate not fresh juice."Man invented language to satisfy his deep need to complain."
