  • I put mango into my vegetarian curry - it would probably work in a chicken curry too?

Boringly, I would just eat the mango - i'd probably have mango in preference to chocolate

I find mango totally inedible unless with pineapples. So, I'm guessing if a mango-lover like yourself adds those to your smoothie/sorbet/whatever, it will be even tastier! :)

Mango salsa. Dice the mango and add to it, finely chopped red onion, a chilli, chopped coriander and lime juice. This tastes really great with grilled chicken or fish:).

I'd say smoothies too, or a sorbet. One I am going to try making really soon is a mango upside down cake. I really love the idea of a sweet pudding like this so will definitely be giving it a go!

Are they ripe? Or still firm and green if so i usually use them in salads, thinly sliced with some thinly sliced cucumber and lightly dressed. Lovely! If they are ripe i usually just eat them as they are! :)

Thanks everyone, great ideas. They are very ripe. Think I'll make a smoothie for my little boy and make a mango salsa with the other one and have it with some chicken breasts for tea - yummy!!
