hi guys just had a call from 3.
Basically offering me an instant£150.00 credit, new contract @£25.00 (with the credit though it means the first 6 months free).
However the tariff offered would mean a drop of 100mins and a drop of 100 text. ( I can gab all day!!) from 400 to 300. The rest stays the same as my current tariff i.e.25 video, 25 mms and £5 downloads
Oh and a new handset nokia 6500 which i am not keen on as it is a slide. I quite like the k850i but to get that I would have to tie down to a 18 month contract @ £23 per month (£150. credit still stands) and this will give me mix n match 500. (but no £5.00 downloads)
wat du ya thinks. Shes phoning me back tomorrow.0 -
Cool New Mobile used my card details to put in applications for 9 mobile phones. I soon cancelled my order and reported them! Good luck getting any sense out of them!2010 Wins: Benecol Bag For Life, £150 FCUK Voucher, Rimmel Foundation, L'oreal Mascara, £60 worth of hair products, £100 :j0

Binaboo 3 are offering me the same offer £150 which is very poor - my brother got all his cashback from phoneboxdirect last year £480, then got an 18 month contract for £18 in total ..........
3 are not addressing the cashback issue, just want to give u a poor retention offer!
Also I have requested multiple callbacks from managers that never happen .. any luck any1 else?0 -
Forget about it and move on, the 3 deals aren't that good.
I cancelled and took out a 11 months free deal with e2save, much better than 3 (if all goes well). A few good deals there on various contracts.
They seem a lot more reliable than CNM etc:D and as long as you are organised all should be ok.

As I have mentioned elsewhere, I got a N73 on T&T600 18month min term for £10 for life, then got offered the £150 for an extra 6 months on top of that, which makes £90 for 2 years and no cashback to claim
My wife on the other hand was not offered anything, although now she has upgraded I will be chasing up the £1500 -
Hi Everyone,
I had some success with Vodafone cancelling the remainder of my contract (with immidiate effect) as a "gesture of goodwill" after modifying the following template...
http://priceshock.co.uk/orange.html
I emailed the template using their online form which gives you an acknowledgement, and also wrote an email to Arun Sarin (arun.sarin@vodafone.com) who is the Vodafone CEO and expressed my dissappointment in the amount of time it had taken this uncontactable department to get back to me, they made promise after promise and still no one ever phoned me. I suggest you do the same, and maybe then Mr. Sarin will soon start to understand that they cannot fob their customers off in this way. Not all of us can afford to be £420 out of pocket due to the dodgy deals they encouraged their agents to offer in order to gain new contracts.
Good luck to everyone fighting their own never ending battle!

Got a result at last, got the remainder of my contract at £17.50 backdated to when I first phoned up (18th December). Just hope they deliver!!!
All I did was state that I was v. unhappy at being promised a call back and then being let down. I said it was unprofessional and I was unhappy at the level of service I was given. I feel that emailing them is better than ringing as the level of training seems to vary a lot between staff and the one's that replied to your emails seemed a bit more on the ball!0 -

Same for the OH. A quick email to the CEO and she got a phone call back same day.0 -
Thanks for the info- I've been promised a callback 3 times now, so if I don't get one in the next couple of days I'll follow your advice.0

Sent an email to Arun Sarin today-seemed to work as I got a call this afternoon- unfortunately the message was completely inaudible, so I rang 191 and all I was told was that P2uD are not yet in liquidation, so at least that's something, but for that reason no offer of a reduced tariff or anything. As it's not yet 45 days since I sent in my first claim, guess I'll wait before I do anything else.0
