It's a pretty house but looks very small. You have to declutter, put stuff into storage if need be.
Put yourself in the average buyers shoes (a FTB) who needs to be able to see where their existing furniture would go or what furniture they want in their home would go.
Good luck with the sale and hope you get the bungalow!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Hiya - quick question... why are all the front windows different styles?"Everything comes to him who hustles while he waits" Thomas Edison

I think it's priced a bit too high. Had a quick look on Rightmove and looked at nearby houses (within 0.5.miles) and there are 3 bed semis in very good condition which look more spacious, priced between 115 and 120 and sold subject to contract.
Try dropping the price again a bit and see if that helps.
Also, I'd drop the 'guide price' tag. Not sure what that means.
Finally, swap the first 2 photos around so people can see the actual outside of the house. Always makes me suspicious when an EA has an external view and not the house first. Makes me think there's an issue selling it so they are fiddling with the order of the photos.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.0 -
I think the kitchen diner looks like a potentially good feature, but there's no picture of it. That's needs fixing.0

Thank you my estate agent keeps changing the photo so people might look at it again, thinking they hadn’t looked xx0

It’s a lovely little house and the views are gorgeous. But if you want to sell, find someone with a spare bedroom, or a garage and take all of your little tables, bedside cabinets and the black thing at the end of your sofa (gaming chair?) and store them in there. You have outgrown your house and it shows!
The living room probably looks bigger in real life than in the photos, but there are odd little spaces that you need to keep clear for the pics, the space behind the sofa being one of them....keep the lamp but get rid of the drawers. Lose the bookcase by the living room window, I know the photos are bad but it looks like you’d have to wriggle in sideways to get to the end of your living room!
Take down the small shelves, move the washing basket from the top of the stairs and tidy up the extension and the garden (not major stuff, just move the clutter/garden toys etc)
Someone will fall in love with your house....you just have to make it easier for them. Good luck!"I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -
I would like to say, that you do have a beautiful home, and the view alone is worth the price
However you just have way too much "stuff" crammed into it, even by the looks of things a laundry basket on the stairs
Just looking at those photos, if I was in that market, Id be wondering how my bits would fit in there and Id also be thinking, with 2 kids, there really isn't room
Strip it back, get rid of gaming chairs, cd racks, freestanding storage etc, clear kitchen counters, get rid of some of the garden furniture. It may be worth paying for storage a while. Get new photos taken, from angles where the rooms look wider and not crammed on each other ( the loo photo is awful )
All the best0 -
Thank you for your help guys xx0

Im not sure it is worth more than the ex-council ones for 90K, they look like Mansions Vs rabbit hutch, the only thing going for it is the view and the field is begging for an estate to be built on it with the excess road possibly at your house.
This is shocking!0
