Can’t sell property

Sympathies! That "Quote" button does the above, makes it easier to reply directly to each bod.
Quick buy companies? Avoid, at pretty much all costs. They will stress you out, and probably use your desperation to sell to drive you down further at the last minute!
But, truth be told, things aren't shifting fast at the moment: apparently something is going on in the news, and folk are waiting. There are a couple of depressing little gnomes who pop up on these threads telling posters they are doomed unless they sell their house for pence, as they believe there is a crash coming. They've been saying that, day in and day out, for more than a decade on here and, in my opinion, they are wrong now. But, that's not to say the market isn't extremely slow at the moment.
I understand some of the problems of MS, and know the stress is unlikely to help you. Can you consider staying put for a few months, maybe putting some of the cash you'd reduce by into modifications?
Alternatively, ask standard agents what price reduction might secure a sale but, be warned, I'm not sure even that will work for a few months.
But, do avoid the quick sale shysters!
My quote button won’t work now!!!! It did earlier!!
We are relocating as well, so hubby can be home earlier to help with our son X0 -
There's your answer, then.
You're trying to sell for £120k in an area where only <£100k properties are selling.
With all due respect, whether you can "afford" to sell is beside the point - it's not your putative buyers' problem. They are looking at your property compared to other properties on the market for similar money in the similar area. They don't care about your onward chain, your outstanding mortgage, or any of the rest of your concerns.
If you can't figure out posting a link, just post the postcode and we'll do the rest.
Quote buttons not working now!!!
Ok sorry, our house is out of the council estate area hence the higher price.

Nice houseAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

It looks tiny & cluttered for me personally. You need to show better use of the space0

For me, the immediate problem is the rooms are narrow, and look like corridors. All three bedrooms are single. The photos only emphasize the poor layout, which can't be changed.
I'd be inclined to relist with a more professional agent as soon as you can get out of this contract, at a lower price.

Thank you for your help guys .......... I can’t change the layout of the house though! It’s 2 single bedrooms and a double bedroom0

I'd class anything less than 8' wide as a single. The master bedroom is less. That alone would write it off for me. Others have picked up on other points I also agree with.
Totally agree with the architect comment. Sorry! Might be able to improve things with smaller furniture but that's prob not something that can be changed.2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
