Not sure what I'm meant to be contributing here, but as far as I can remember yes there was another, now-deleted, post by someone else.0 -

There may have been 2 posts removed rather than just one but the one you're referring to was totally harmless and as mentioned earlier advised correctly that there was a better forum for the OP to use. God knows why it was removed.
Perhaps it's time for you to move on too.
Interesting that you've flipped this round to make me seem obsessed. I made my original comment without making reference to an individual and then was told I had my head up my own butt and was outright making it up. If I reacted like that to your post, would you think it's ok?
All I did was respond. That's not obsessive.
Happy to move on but without taking back any of my comments. Bullying, however subtle, is an ugly thing and I won't just stand by a be spoken to as I was without reply.0 -
I would like to clear something up here.
It was my post that was removed due to 'someone' reporting it.
This post was made in response to the OP responding to a perfectly reasonable post made by someone else in a rude and aggressive manner.
If anyone wants to know what I said feel free to send me a PM.0 -

You're not obsessive but you keep coming back to it including demanding answers as to why someone hasn't replied yet? Yes, that's not obsessive at all...
I'll leave you to your (not) obsessive thread and be on my way.0 -
Try re-reading the thread. The OP started throwing around accusations of members being keyboard warriors in post #7 - so which were the "offensive responses" in the preceding responses, because I can't see them?
Yes because there are none.
My apparently 'unfriendly' post came after.0 -
It does look like a post was deleted after post 7 as post 8 doesnt make sense, having said that it must have been posted and deleted very quickThe silence is deafening!
If such a post existed and it was deleted in the 20 or so minutes between #7 and #8, how then did Elika see and comment on it about 8 1/2 hours later?
If they saw an offensive post, why not comment on it at the time instead of waiting until hours afterwards when it had allegedly already been removed? and why didn't the OP comment on it, seeing as they posted very shortly after the alleged post was written?0 -

"The silence is deafening" post was made in response to being told I had my head up my own butt and accused of lying.
Otherwise, all my posts have been to respond to someone else's comments. Is replying to messages obsessive now?Hermione_Granger wrote: »If such a post existed and it was deleted in the 20 or so minutes between #7 and #8, how then did Elika see and comment on it about 8 1/2 hours later?

Goodness, there's a lot of investigating being done to catch me out. Also, is that another suggestion that I'm making things up?
Here's what we KNOW from this thread:
1) I saw a post on here and said that there are some core members that cause a reaction and then others jump on the OP's response. I didn't name the member or quote the post. I have seen similar instances elsewhere while being on this forum, hence the reason for mentioning it.
2) I was told no such post existed, I was delusional and to get my head out of my own butt.
3) It transpired that at least one post had been deleted
4) So, I wasn't lying and my head was nowhere near my butt
To answer the obsessive question further. Being told I lied and that I had my head up my own butt is offensive to me. So, just moving on is probably not the right thing to do as member's shouldn't talk to each other in this way. In fact, in my world, no one should talk to anyone like that.
It's also very frustrating that instead of any acknowledgement that this is offensive, there's been posts continuing to question my integrity.
Hope that's cleared up my perspective.0 -
I think some people should just pop out, buy a hot tub and a bottle of wine, climb in and chill out.0

Don't like 'em myself. The son has one, only been in it once. Think the soon to be ex wife has done the OP a favour getting rid. I'll just stick to the wine in front of the telly. Might get some popcorn to go with it.0
