in your case not a lot , as you have admitted driving to them

if the land comes under bylaws , in most cases they can only go after the driver , not the vehicle keeper , and you do not have to name the driver

you have named yourself

if this is PE , seems unusual to get ZZPS/QDR involved , as they normally go straight to court

edit: your case says CEL but yet here is another case saying parking eye?

Ok now i am really confused...

I have just had an email from: Parking Eye Enforcement Team/SMB - PE-Enforcement.

"Thank you for the below correspondence. In order for ParkingEye to deal with your query please provide us with your 16 digit PCN Reference number or Vehicle Registration Number".

I have never sent these people anything at all and when I opened the attachment it was the letter I sent to Civil Enforcement Ltd stating that I wanted them to forward their full Legal and Litigation process. Yet they are making it look like I have sent it to them. Also the attachment I sent to Civil Enforcement already has the PCN number on it so why do they need me to send it again.

Am I missing something or am I sniffing deception here?

Whatever, I am printing it all for my file and records just in case but I have seen lizk39 post and it looks like CEL have turned into Parking eye too. Any Ideas?

when lizk39 posted in this thread, I had no idea if it was CEL or PARKING EYE either, its totally confusing , especially as this thread title says Parking Eye yet also mentioned CEL

The Ticket was Issued by Civil Enforcement. Payment by cheque on the back of the PCN is to be made to Civil Enforcement, Horton House, Liverpool. This new email is from Parking Eye with my Civil Enforcement letter attached asking for their legal process.

This is why I too am confused.

cel and PE are 2 completely separate companies

sounds like PE are baffles as well they havnt got a clue what is happening and are asking for THERE number

the average person might think that people like you (as you first on your first post ) think that all parking is PARKING eye, and may address letters to "parking eye" at horton house , this may have confused the poor post man
