    Same here :(

It’s just the worst feeling isn’t it? Had I eaten anything I shouldn’t last week then I would have held my hands up to a gain but I didn’t.

I had to go to a meeting yesterday and also get some lunch. I sat in my car eating a takeout salad with hard boiled egg, lettuce, tomatoes, celery and a bit of salad cream which I synned. i also had a banana. Prior to SW I would have had a wrap or a sandwich and crisps followed by an iced bun or chocolate bar.

I then went to the meeting and didn’t have cake or biscuits which everybody else did and really felt pleased with myself.

I hope you do better next week.Fingers crossed!
