feeling miserable! had a couple of very stressful days with family problem and yearning for food I can’t have! all i want is chocolate, toast and butter and sweet stuff. I haven’t given in at all but it is SO hard.

Worrying about weigh in on Saturday.

Sorry you're having a tough time but try to control your eating even if you can't control anything else. Why not make yourself a big bag of chips! :D
  • -1lb for me this week. Would prefer more but at least this challenge has started the right way. Off to Marrakech next week, so if you could put me down for holiday please Chris.

It's my eldest grand daughter's 4th birthday today so there will be a little bit of cake and it's Friday, so there will probably also be a glass of wine :)

    Otherwise, food today is:

B: Scrambled eggs, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes on toast
    L: Chilli (I think)
    T: Chicken & veg dahl

    Snacks: banana, kiwi, grapes, yoghurt

I'm really enjoying getting back into the planned food and I'm enjoying all my meals.
  • Weigh in day for me. -1.5LBS yay!
Low carb lent is a bit challenging. Especially when I need a quick feed.
I won't give in though, it is a challenge to my brain and will power and it does help with upping the speed.
    Today's plan is:-
    Hea Bob milk
    Heb oats
B over night oats with a mix of frozen fruit.
    L chicken salad
    D creamy mushrooms with courgetti
    Snacks/syns G&T, houmous and crudit!s
Probably won't be around over the weekend as we have friends staying.

Well done Midge! My weigh day is Sunday, not looking forward to it :(.

Low carb lent? Not heard of that, but sounds like a plan ....

So looking forward to it, been trying to go for years and it kept falling through. However, my mum keeps telling everyone I am off to Madagascar, got a complete blank on destination, but as she says, at least it starts with the correct letter:rotfl:

Wetherspoons? Looks lovely. I often think about going in there for a breakfast. Been with hubby a few times before SW. Are they veggie sausages? How many syns would you estimate for that brekkie? Maybe I will treat myself next week.
