I tend to keep most of my syns for weekends and events. I don't feel the need to eat chocolate and crisps everyday and most of the meals I make are syn free.

A woman after my own heart!!:D That's exactly what I've done since day1. I use minimal syns during the week, just the occasional bit of cornflour or Parmesan. I'm thinking that when the current syrup is gone I'm going to try my porage without it too.

I'm undecided whether to go to WI this week. I need to check but I think I'm close to the maximum 8 week break they give target members. I'm far from confident that I'm back in target range, probably hovering at the top. Next week is my birthday and I'm out to eat a couple of times so it won't get better anytime soon.:( I think I'll just do a beanie and keep plodding.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
    L: veggie omelette with beetroot
D: burger, fried onions, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, green stuff (broccoli, mange tout, kale).
    Syns: syrup 2.5

Rather a lot of chips on the menu this week. I love them!
  • Today a bad day (I found more naughties and then felt obligated to buy more to go with them)! :rotfl:

I think that it's called comfort eating if I remember correctly ... ;)
Tomorrow a 'planned' bad day - starting with breakfast, so have to re-plan my diet starting from Saturday now realistically. :p
